Refund Policy
This policy explains how Interiorflux, a service by MTTenterprise Inc., handles refunds for subscriptions, credit purchases, and billing issues.

1. Full refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Interiorflux. You qualify for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:
- You have not downloaded any generated photos, images, or videos from your completed order.
- It has been less than 14 days since you paid for your order.
2. How it works
If both conditions above are met, contact our support team and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.
Once you download any generated output from a completed order, the refund window closes regardless of how many days have passed. Similarly, if 14 days have passed since payment, the refund window closes regardless of whether outputs were downloaded.
3. Subscriptions and cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- If you cancel within 14 days and have not downloaded any generated outputs, you are eligible for a full refund of the current billing cycle.
- If you cancel after 14 days or after downloading outputs, you retain access until the end of your current billing period but no refund is issued.
- Credits already granted for the current cycle are not converted into cash refunds once the refund window has closed.
4. Top-up and credit purchases
Top-up credit purchases follow the same refund rules: if you have not downloaded any generated outputs and it has been less than 14 days since purchase, you qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Billing errors and technical issues
If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or a severe technical failure that prevented the Service from functioning at all, contact support regardless of the refund window. We will review the case and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Refund exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- You have downloaded generated outputs from your order (the refund window closes upon first download).
- More than 14 days have passed since payment.
- Dissatisfaction with generated output quality or style that falls within normal AI variation.
- Poor results due to low-quality or illegible source images.
- Accounts with terms of service violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact our support team before disputing charges with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend account access while the dispute is investigated.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support with your account email, the purchase or payment date, and a brief explanation. We will verify the eligibility conditions and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Statutory rights
Your statutory rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and other applicable consumer protection laws cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory applicable law.
This Refund Policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
