1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Interiorflux service ("Service") operated by MTTenterprise Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada, with its principal office at 1525 Alta Vista DR, Suite 201, Ottawa, ON K1G 0G1.
This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our Service. By accessing or using Interiorflux, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name, email address), uploaded room photos, prompts, design references, support messages, billing details required for checkout, and other content you choose to submit.
We also collect technical and operational information automatically, such as browser fingerprint signals, IP address, user agent, device type, operating system, session identifiers, route metadata, geolocation data, and usage records connected to billing or generation activity.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process billing, subscriptions, credits, and top-up purchases.
- To generate virtual staging, interior design, room enhancement, and video outputs.
- To secure the platform, investigate abuse, and maintain evidence for billing disputes or fraud review.
- To communicate with you about support, account activity, and service updates.
- To improve and develop our Service, including training and improving our systems.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
4. Uploads, prompts, and generated content
Room photos, prompts, mask selections, generated images, videos, and related workflow metadata may be stored so the Service can deliver outputs, support re-downloads, maintain creation history, and improve account continuity.
We use third-party infrastructure and AI model providers as part of the generation pipeline. Those providers may process submitted content to perform the requested generation workflow.
5. Billing and provider data
Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. We store the billing state and identifiers needed to grant plans, credits, and account access, but we do not store full payment card data on our own servers.
If you use Google sign-in, we receive the account information required to authenticate and create or connect your account.
6. Information sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the platform, process payments, authenticate users, generate requested outputs, comply with the law, or protect the platform and its users.
- Third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing.
- AI model providers for generation workflows.
- Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets by MTTenterprise Inc.
7. Data retention and security
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain billing records, protect against abuse, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect account, billing, and generated-content data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- You may update account information inside the product where available.
- You may cancel recurring billing through the billing management flow.
- You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.
10. International data transfers
As part of our normal operations, your information may be stored and processed in countries outside of your home country. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have that information removed.
