Terms of Service

Welcome to Interiorflux ("Service"), a service provided by MTTenterprise Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada, with its principal office at 1525 Alta Vista DR, Suite 201, Ottawa, ON K1G 0G1.

Interiorflux is a web-based platform for AI virtual staging, interior design editing, room enhancement, video generation, and related real estate marketing workflows.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

The Service is offered subject to acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published in connection with the Service. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

By accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. If you are not old enough to consent to these Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

MTTenterprise Inc. may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

You are responsible for the account credentials, social sign-in access, and all activity associated with your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep that information reasonably current.

By using Interiorflux, you agree that the Service is intended for lawful business or personal use related to virtual staging, interior design, room enhancement, video generation, and real estate marketing workflows. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless a different billing term is expressly offered at checkout. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Credits are deducted when a billable generation starts. Monthly credits and purchased top-up credits are subject to the balance, expiry, and plan rules active in your account at the time of use.

You agree that MTTenterprise Inc. provides immediate access to digital content and begins service consumption immediately upon purchase. Due to the compute and provider costs involved in AI generation, fees are generally non-refundable once charged, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. We do not store full payment card data on our own servers.

You retain responsibility for the room photos, design references, prompts, and other inputs you upload to Interiorflux. You represent that you have the right to use and submit the content you upload and that your use of generated outputs complies with applicable contracts, listing rules, and laws.

Generated results may vary in quality, style, and accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before publishing, delivering, or relying on them for any purpose.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MTTenterprise Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for business or personal use.

You own all outputs you create with the Service. We hereby assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to such outputs for your personal or commercial use.

The Interiorflux brand, product interface, software, workflows, conversion technology, algorithms, and underlying service design remain the property of MTTenterprise Inc. or its licensors. Your subscription or credit purchase gives you the right to use the Service, not ownership of the Service itself.

Interiorflux is provided on an "as-available" basis. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but image generation, third-party AI models, billing providers, and network dependencies may experience outages, delays, or quality variation.

We may improve, update, limit, or discontinue specific workflows, tools, features, or integrations over time when product needs change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel recurring billing through the available billing management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current billing period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Interiorflux does not guarantee that every output will meet your exact aesthetic, legal, brokerage, or marketing requirements. You must review all results before use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MTTenterprise INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MTTenterprise Inc., its affiliates, and each of their employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, contract, policy, regulation, or other obligation, or (iii) your uploaded content or generated outputs.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact our support team first to attempt an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Ottawa, Ontario shall have primary jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

International customers: EU/UK consumers may have disputes resolved in local courts per applicable consumer protection directives. US consumers with small claims under $25,000 may pursue them in local small claims courts.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MTTenterprise Inc. regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
